Impact Technical Support is here to provide telephone support, implementation services, upgrades, training and remote access assistance.

Remote Access Assistance - Our web collaboration tools allow our technical support representatives to quickly diagnose a technical problem.

Service Agreements - Most of our products come with a 90-day warranty period that includes customer service. This period will be extended to a full year with a signed service agreement. Then, an annual service fee of 15% of the list price is charged beginning on the first anniversary of the product shipment date.

Upgrades – Periodic software updates are released to improve performance, enhance usability, add features and correct program defects.
