Impact offers a variety of administration, user and technical training classes.  Classes assure a complete understanding of product features and operation.  Training can be provided on-site or remotely. 

An Impact Technical Support Specialist leads each class.  The training includes:

• Product overview
• Detailed feature and capabilities tutorial, customized to the customer’s purchased product
• Configuration and operational  instructions
• Sample exercises
• Documentation review

Training is offered at time of implementation or, in some cases, the training may be presented after a designated period of time to assure maximum value is obtained.  For instance, for Traffic Analyst Network, the following series of classes are typically presented:

• After 30 days of data collection, remote training class for results interpretation
• After 90 days of data collection, capacity analysis training
