Multi-Switch, Multi-Transfer Call Tracing
Traffic Analyst lets you select one or many switches for any report and trace calls as they traverse through multiple switches and are transferred inside a switch. You no longer need to run multiple reports for each switch in your network in an attempt to see how the calls flow through your network.

True Call Counts

Cost Assignment
Traffic Analyst can also assign costs to calls. Calls are automatically evaluated based on the digits dialed — permitting local, regional, long distance, toll free and international calls to be uniquely classified. Cost factors can also be defined to calculate the cost of outgoing calls based on their classification and duration.
