Marketing Coordinator (Part-time)

Location: Chesterfield, MO USA

Responsibilities:
  • Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising
  • Collect, sort and analyze market data in spreadsheets and databases
  • Collaborates across functions and silos to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives at the lowest possible cost
  • Work with LOB managers to define marketing communication plans
    • Increase Impact’s social media presence
      • Build social media strategy, plan and actively update
      • Enhance Impact’s LinkedIn and Twitter pages to generate more followers
      • Establish Facebook business page
      • Create Google+ profile
      • Maintain YouTube page
    • Maintain and enhance corporate website
      • SEO
      • Blogs
      • Event schedule
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, and improve overall program effectiveness over time
  • Review, revise and maintain sales collateral working with the Director of Product Management and other LOB managers
    • Brochures
    • Presentations
    • Newsletters
    • White papers
  • Trade show coordination
  • Continue to develop and enhance Impact’s marketing video inventory
    • Creating scripts
    • Recording interviews, screen captures and more
    • Edit videos to insert text overlays, music, dialogue, sound effects, product demos/screen shots, etc. to create a logical and smooth running “story”
    • Publish and promote
  • Product documentation
    • Maintain and update product User Guides and other customer-facing documents
    • Update internal documentation

  • Attends to detail and focuses on accuracy and completeness
  • Exhibits excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Has experience with one or more of the following:
    • Social media
    • YouTube
    • Website design and development
  • Working experience in direct marketing or market research desired but not required
  • Has strong analytical skills
  • Has strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Focuses on achieving results
  • Easily and effectively mines data via the Internet
  • Easily learns new computer programs
  • Juggles multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Works efficiently and effectively under pressure within deadlines and with little supervision
